A Prancha Inclinada

The grooved side keeps my onion pieces from sliding all over the counter, which is a total game-changer for someone clumsy like me. It's hefty enough to feel solid but not so heavy that I dread pulling it out, and the FSC-certified wood gives it a nice, warm look on my island.
