The Salt Sphere

I was skeptical about spending money on a salt holder, but having it right by the stove means I actually reach for it every single time I cook. The dome shape keeps the salt dry and easy to grab mid-stir, and it’s become a tiny ritual I look forward to.

Filling a pot with water and dumping salt in is so much easier now that I just grab the sphere and pinch; the wide opening means no more fumbling with a shaker lid. It sits perfectly next to the stove and actually looks like a nice kitchen tool rather than an afterthought.

The sphere shape is surprisingly ergonomic—my fingers dip right in for a pinch without fumbling. It’s become a permanent fixture next to the stove, always within reach while I’m cooking.
