Die Tafelmesser

Had to carve an acorn squash last night and was genuinely surprised—the blade went through the skin like it was nothing, no pressure needed. These have completely replaced the old steak knives we’d been putting up with for years, and the German steel still looks brand new after a month of heavy use.
